Implementation of Customer Self-Service Solutions by UAB “Gritpedžiai” and Co.
On February 17, 2022, UAB “Gritpedziai” and Co. signed a financing and administration agreement for project No. 13.1.1-LVPA-K-860-01-0069 “Implementation of Self-Service Solutions for Customers at UAB “Gritpedziai” and Co.” under Measure No. 13.1.1-LVPA-K-860 “E-commerce Model COVID-19” of the 13th priority of the 2014-2020 European Union Investment Fund Actions Program, aimed at promoting actions to overcome the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and preparing for an environmentally friendly, digital, and sustainable economic recovery.
The goal of the project is to implement electronic management of business transactions using information technology to increase revenue growth. During the project, an electronic remote ordering system for goods and services will be purchased and installed.
The system would allow potential customers to place orders independently without visiting the company’s premises, thereby saving both their own and the company’s employees’ time and resources, and contributing to reducing the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
Project funding: The maximum amount of eligible project expenses to be financed in the project budget is set at EUR 50,200. The project is allocated up to EUR 37,650, financed from the European Regional Development Fund as an EU response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Project implementation period: March 2022 – February 2023.
